We grow olives in Yamanashi Prefecture, near Mt. Fuji. The olive oil is crafted from the hand-harvested olives. The olive oil smells like Japanese green tea.

About Maedaya

Maedaya Olive Oil is a family-run olive farm in Yamanashi Prefecture, home to Mt. Fuji. The summer temperature is around 40 ºC, and the winter temperature is around –10 ºC. Keisuke returned to his hometown and planted 100 olive trees in 2013. Our first olive oil was produced in 2016. We have 500 olive trees now. Our olive oil wins world awards every year.
