Trebocconi is the old Venetian name for Tribunj, a picturesque Croatian fishing village forever famous for its extra virgin olive oil. The name itself means "tre bocconi," or “three parts,” and this just might explain the oil’s vital elements: the Adriatic Sea, the Mediterranean sun and the precious Dalmatian soil.
