Uljara Bilaja was founded in 2003 to produce the best possible EVOOs from the olives of local producers. We operate the largest and most modern oil mill in Croatia, with a capacity of four tons per hour. With our modern technology and fast service, we have provided our customers with top-quality olive oil.
