We own a 31-hectare intensive olive orchard in Baixo, Alentejo, Portugal, planted with Cobrançosa, Frantoio and Koroneiki varieties. To ensure the highest quality of our monovarietal oils, we have installed a small state-of-the-art mill on our farm. We sell a small volume of our products under the brand name 4 C, where the C stands for Courelas, the Portuguese name for a small plot of land.
