This premium extra virgin olive oil is produced from 100 percent Tuscan olives, which are grown with care and passion, and treated exclusively with organic supplements. The oil is extracted cold within 24 hours of harvesting, entirely by mechanical means and through decantation in an oxygen-reduced environment without the addition of water. The oil is a blend of three varieties: Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino. It has a medium intensity.
