Acropolis Organics bioharvest extra virgin olive oil is single variety and never blended with other oils. Our olives are grown on a single estate, and pressed at our state-of-the-art mill, where we closely monitor each stage of production. We use the Koroneiki olive, which is considered to be the king of olives, producing olive oil that is smooth with no bitter aftertaste. Our olives are handpicked and cold pressed within hours.

From tending fields and hand-picking olives to first-cold-pressing the crop and packaging our bottles: every step of olive oil production is handled with meticulous attention to detail. Our family honor depends on it. Since 2003, we have been selling our olive oils in fine grocery retailers in Canada.
