This DOP EVOO captures the best characteristics of the Tonda Iblea olives from Buccheri. It has a superb flavor that is able to satisfy the most exigent experts. As with all of our olive oils, Fiore d'Oro is produced with scrupulous care. Its smell is intense, rich in fruity and grassy scents, such as asparagus and tomatoes. It is recommended for raw food courses: salads, legumes soup and roasted white and red meat.
Agrestis was born in 2003 from the idea to valorize the typical product of the Iblei Mountains area: the Tonda Iblea. Pushed by the love for their land, they decided to devote themselves to the care for the many olives trees present in Buccheri.
