This high-quality and delicious extra virgin olive oil is made from a blend of typical Istrian varieties. Each olive is carefully selected and pressed immediately after harvest to ensure the best possible product is waiting for you in each bottle.
Founded in 2015, Avistria DOO owns about 85 hectares of red-soiled land in Sveti Lovrec, Istria. Avistria aspires to cultivate up to 15,000 olive trees following organic standards but currently produces olive oil from 35 hectares with approximately 400 old and 1,600 young trees. Avistria focuses on typical Istrian and certain Italian varieties. "Green" harvested olives, hand or vibro-picked with nets, same-day production with the highest standards in a modern "Pieralisi" oil mill.
