The low temperature and cold-press process is only part of what contributes to the aroma and quality of our EVOO. The way we cultivate and take care of the trees and the environment, the fertilizers and products we use, the harvest and finally the careful mixing of the different varieties of olives give our extra virgin olive oil a distinctive scent and aroma of a clear golden color.
With a history that began more than 100 years ago, our ancestral tradition and know-how is still being used and passed down from generation to generation. Quality is an omnipresent characteristic in our oils, as we couple our family knowledge with modern technologies in order to produce our oils in a careful and environmentally friendly manner. We are located in Trás-os-Montes region of Portugal.
