Consortium Fapi was born to offer consumers healthy and natural food at a fair price. It is a consortium of 12 companies employing competent and capable people who personally guarantee their products by having control over the entire production process, from growing the olives to getting the bottle on the table. They have technical expertise and proper experience and they guarantee transparency in the production and sales process.
Stefano Caroli, owner of the company, was just 23 when in 1976 he founded this company in Italy and in 2018 brought it to the U.S. Thanks to the experience of three generations and a careful selection of the best olives, he produces a wide range of high quality extra virgin olive oils. Stefano selects the best olives, as well as the olive trees of the Corativa cultivar and even olives from different farms and estates. He is one of the producers to be selected to be part of the FAPI consortium.
