The Aglandau olive variety is the common factor in Provençal olive oils. Castelines L'Aglandau is a genuine fruit juice made from 100 percent Aglandau olives. It is an elegant, green and fruity oil with a note of grass followed by artichoke. The finish is a fine balance between bitter and peppery.
