Denocciolato
Denocciolato extra virgin olive oil is obtained from cold pressed Coratina olives. This is possible thanks to an innovative technology that preliminarily separates the pits from the drupe to grind only the olive pulp. The chemical composition and the nutritional and sensorial profile of the oil obtained from this pulp is excellent, providing the oil with a high content of polyphenols.
