Elaikos is produced from early harvest green olives, which are sorted by hand before being cold pressed. The olives are taken to the mill each evening and processed overnight, ensuring the best flavor and goodness – the hallmark of Elaikos.
At our family-run olive oil business, Elaikos, we are passionate about olive oil and focused on quality. In our multi-variety grove, we cultivate Halkidiki, Thasitiki (Thasos Thrumba), Megaritiki, Koroneiki, Kalamon, Manaki and Konservolia olives. We pride ourselves in the timely collection of healthy olive fruit and cold pressed extraction within eight to 10 hours of harvesting as well as filtering within 48 hours. Producer Profile
