Produced from early harvested green olives from the South Aegean region of Turkey, Eliada is always cold pressed. The oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally.
We became involved in the olive oil business four years ago, harvesting olives from the gardens left by our grandfather. Simultaneously, one of our co-founders has been training in olive oil tasting since 2015. In September 2019, we decided to start Eliada. Our goal is to be a brand that represents the wholesome and nutritious cultural heritage of Aegean cooking to the rest of the world. Producer Profile
