Our extra virgin olive oil "Colline di Romagna" DOP is produced between the Po Valley, the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea, in full compliance with a production specification that guarantees, step by step, its excellence. Harvested by hand between the 20th of October and the 15th of December, as a Christmas present a few days in advance, it is processed immediately after harvesting and cold extracted. It is the inevitable condiment and the starting point of almost every dish of our tradition.
