Establecimiento Olivum is a 2,500-acre Argentine olive farm located in San Juan province, at the foot of the Andes. We have seven varieties: Arbequina, Arbosana, Barnea, Coratina, Changlot, Frantoio and Picual. Each year, the harvest begins in early fall and we press the olives in our mill, which is located next to the plantation.
