Our Blend Exclusivo brand is a ripe and green blend of Koroneiki, Arbequina and Arbosana olives. The extra virgin olive oil is complex with notes of ripe banana, raspberry, apple, white flowers and delicate green notes of freshly cut grass. The EVOO is medium and persistently spicy and bitter. The olives are cultivated in southern Brazil in the city of Viamão. We only mill very high-quality fruits, hand-picked and extracted within four hours.
