Harvesting season: the second week of October. Orchard management and fertilizing: Our olive trees are managed with sustainable techniques, respecting both the environment and the land. The green manure, represents the main practice to keep and increase soil fertility.

About Azienda Olivicola Petrazzuoli

The Olive Oil Company, Petrazzuoli, is located between the hills of Caiazzo, in Ruviano (a small town near Naples), an excellent district for the production of the extra virgin olive oil, as a part of the European Union projects “City of Olive Oil” and “High Quality Olive Oil.” The Petrazzuoli Company extends over 17 acres, exclusively cultivated with olive trees, most of them centuries-old, which color and scent the landscape.
