Gabbiano Uno is our first harvest of a long-dormant grove located in a Chianti microclimate prized for its superior oil production. A blend of Leccini, Frantoiani and Morellini varieties, our olives are hand-picked and immediately cold-processed just moments from the trees. Rich and nutty with a smooth start and very sharp finish, our oil has a big nose with abundant notes of eucalyptus, roasted pine nuts and warm olives. G1 is not for the novice.
