Hardy's Mammoth is a medium-bodied extra virgin olive oil produced from olives grown on a northeastern facing slop that overlooks the Murray River. The oil has sweet apple, pea shoot and fresh grassy aromas. It transfers well to the palate with a lingering finish.
Gooramadda Olives is located on the banks of the Murray River in the Australian state of Victoria. It is part of the Rutherglen region, better known around the world for its fortified wines particularly, Muscat and Tokay. The soil and climate that produces these exceptional wines also seems to be ideal for growing olives. An onsite shop allows visitors to sample the Gooramadda oils, olives and learn more about olives in general.
