Rastrello (meaning "hand rake" in Italian) is a cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil made from olives that are hand-harvested on a family-run farm in Umbria, Italy. We grow and blend different varieties, each of which adds distinctive flavors and aromas. Our main varieties are Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino. We have other local (and some ancient) varieties including Rosciolo, Dolce Agogia, Nero di Panicale, Vera, and San Felice. Most of our trees are 400 years old.

About Rastrello

We are a family-run farm in Umbria, Italy. Our grove is made up of 900 trees, most of which are more than 400 years old. We manage our groves with no-till and no-chemical fertilizers nor pesticides.
