This extra virgin olive oil comes from handpicked, organic, monocultivar olives of the Itrana variety. The result is an extra virgin olive oil with low acidity, which is harvested and milled in late October and early November. It is an outstanding product that knows how to surprise even the most refined palates.
Our 50-acre farm is located in Itri and Castellonorato and comprised of 5,000 olive trees, many of which are centuries old. All our olives are grown, picked and pressed using a mix of tradition and innovation in the Colline Pontine area.
