Kastania olive oil is grown in the mountains of the Mani, in Southern Greece. The oil is made as it has been for generations, using traditional farming techniques and without the use of pesticides. The oil owes its distinctive flavor to the antioxidant-rich Koroneiki olives from which it is made, plus the dry, sunny Mediterranean climate and rocky soil of the Mani.
We make organic extra virgin olive oil from our family groves in the mountains of the Mani, in southern Greece. Our olives are hand-harvested, and oil is made as it has been for centuries, without the use of fertilizers and pesticides.
