Fueled by our love for experimentation, our Limited Edition offering has been a delight since its inception in 2008. It is the perfect way to experience the varied nuances of different olive varieties that grow on our estate in the cool climate of the Petaluma Gap. A reserve oil, the blend changes depending on that season’s harvest. Hand-selecting different varieties allows our Mill Master complete control and free expression.
Our estate grown extra virgin olive oils are the result of a mindful and passionate dedication to excellence, from orchard to bottle. All our estate oils are certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) and planted to maintain vine balance with small spacing working within our land’s agro-ecosystem. Everything is done entirely on the Ranch – growing the olives, harvesting, milling, blending, and bottling.
