The extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from olive groves consisting of plants typically found in the area. The oil is pleasantly shiny at sight, with an intense herbaceous aroma that evokes fresh vegetables. The taste is balanced, elegant and harmonious, with a fresh note of artichoke, accompanied by a pleasant and enveloping bitter and spicy aftertaste.

The Grevepesa Oil Mill was founded in the mid-seventies on the initiative of some agricultural producers in the Florentine Chianti area. Today it has more than 200 members and produces organic extra virgin olive oil. A distinctive symbol is a rampant lion, symbol of the ancient Florentine guild of the Oliandoli art.
