Olive Leaf Hills Minerva Blend is a rare blend of Tuscan varieties grown in the cool coastal hills of Sebastopol in western Sonoma County. Abundantly fruity, it has some sweetness, a medium pungency and notes of banana. It is exceptionally harmonic and highly persistent.
Gold Ridge Organic Farms was started by Farmer Brooke Hazen in 2001 when he fell in love with a parcel of pasture land in West Sonoma County. The farm is located 1.5 hours north of San Francisco in the rolling hills of Sebastopol, where coastal breezes & optimal soils provide ideal growing conditions for 70 acres of olives.
We grow our olives using organic farming methods and then press them into four organic olive oils on-site in our certified organic state-of-the-art Italian Rapanelli mill. October through December we offer custom milling services to small and large clients.
Our windmill on the farm generates power from plentiful breezes. We are stewards of the land at Gold Ridge Organic Farms and take on that role with pride and diligence.
