We produce our oil from the Gentile di Chieti and Intosso varietals. The result is an extra virgin oil that smells and tastes sweet and fruity. It has a great harmony with the characteristic taste of almonds. We harvest the olives early, before they are fully ripened, and process the fruits by cold extraction without delay.
