This EVOO has a medium-intense aroma, rich in green and light, ripe notes. In its fruitiness, you can sense the mature banana peel, the green apple and the freshly cut grass. In the mouth, you can sense a wealth of aromas where the banana stands out with a slight finish of dried fruit. It has a slightly bitter attribute and a medium-slight spiciness, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. The EVOO is excellent for dipping or finishing dishes.
