The Istrian Bjelica is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from a autochthonous Istrian variety, with a strong intensity. Organolepticly and proudly, it presents the characteristics of Istrian extra virgin olive oil. An aroma of olive leaves and freshly mown grass dominate, and its intense bitterness and pungency with its distinctive aromas of rucola and radishes are developed in the mouth.
The love of olive oil has been passed on to future generations by our grandfather Ivan, who taught his children and grandchildren how to live in harmony with nature and with great respect for the land that gives us this fruit. The younger generations of the family founded a farm with the aim of producing olive oil. A few years later the family entered the market under the brand Oliveri and today it has become one of the most recognizable names of Istrian extra virgin olive oil production.
