Olivottoil Ogliarolo is a blend of the Ogliarola and Cassanese cultivars, harvested in the Agro Mesagne region. The olives are harvested over nets and milled within 12 hours. The unfiltered olive oil is always stored in the best conditions, in order to preserve its healthy attributes, such as the polyphenols, tocopherols and oleic acid.
