Ophenoil

By Goldmed Suisse, SA

OphenOil is produced from exclusively handpicked olives that are harvested beginning in mid-October, when the fruit is still green. The olives are pressed immediately in a qualified local millm, allowing them to retain their unique organoleptic properties. As a result, the oil is of the highest quality and lowest possible acidity without chemical additives or any kind of further processing involved, to preserve the high-phenols concentration. The olive oil is made in Italy and organic certified.
