Orcolo is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil with a medium flavor obtained exclusively from healthy and green olives. This oil is characterized by the aroma and taste of green olive fruit, is mildly piquant and bitter and has a pronounced sweetness.

We are the Lazar family from Pirovac. We have been growing olives for 18 years and we opened an oil tasting room – Oblica in Šibenik-Knin County. Currently, we have 120 olive trees that we process ourselves.The olives are processed in a very short period of time after harvest and cold pressed.
