Rastrello Heritage
This is a cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil made from Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio, Borsciona and Pendolino olives with other local varieties. When we source from trusted friends, we know exactly how they treat their trees, and we make sure that they follow the same practices we do, explicitly using no chemicals and no-till agriculture.
Certified organic.
Where to Find We are a family-run farm in Umbria, Italy. Our grove is made up of 1,400 trees, most of which are more than 400 years old. We manage our groves with no-till and no-chemical fertilizers nor pesticides.
