The Reserva Mantiva is an extra virgin olive oil made with the Grappolo and Koroneiki cultivars. The olives are harvested at the beginning of the season, manually and milled on the same day in the farms’s olive mill, which is located in the mountains of southeastern Brazil.
Casa Mantiva is a family-owned company, located on a farm in the Sierra of the Mantiqueira, southeastern Brazil. Its olive grove is surrounded by a rain forest and grasslands. The farm has a small olive mill, where all the olive oil is produced as soon as the olives are harvested. The company also produces table olives and tapenades.
