About Cooperativa il Rosone

Our Cooperative is made up of around 700 olive grower members, on over 4,900 acres of olive groves located in the Ruvo di Puglia countryside. The predominant cultivar is Coratina. Our transformation processes follow the most advanced technical solutions for quality improvement. Moreover, Elaiopolio guarantees the conferring members constant assistance and training for the application of the best production techniques in the field, guaranteeing a healthy and genuine product.
