Taralinga Estate Premium Blend is a combination of the finest cold-pressed Koroneiki, Frantoio and Hojiblanca olives. The blend is favored for its sweet, fruity entrance on the palate and a slight peppery finish.
Taralinga Estate olive oil heritage began with Sam Tarascio's Nonno "Turri" who operated an olive press in Sicily, circa 1930. Sam founded Taralinga Estate to follow his vision of excellence and keep the family tradition alive in Victoria, Australia. Taralinga Estate is based on the pristine Mornington Peninsula overlooking coastal beaches. We harvest, press, and bottle our extra virgin olive oils in our dedicated facility with modern processing equipment including a two-phase Pieralisi plant.
