This extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively using Nocellara Etnea varietal olives from our groves on the slopes of Mt Etna. We harvest all the olives by hand, starting at the end of September and running through the beginning of October. Within 12 hours of harvesting, we cold press the olives to extract the highest and freshest possible quality extra virgin olive oil.

Our company stretches over 37 acres in the heart of eastern Sicily. Our groves sit on a medium hilly soil facing southwest on the slopes of Mt Etna, in Belpasso. Our orchards are split into the varieties Nocellara Etnea and Nocellara Messinese, for a combined total of 3,200 plants. Our company produces about 5,000 liters of biological extra virgin olive oil annually.
