Our olives are harvested at optimum maturity and are picked by hand to guarantee better quality and many natural health benefits. The olives are transported to our oil mills the same day they are picked in crates, which keep the olives in excellent condition and freshness. The transport and storage of olive oil are under the control of our laboratory. All olive oil production operations, from the reception of the olives to the bottling, are subject to rigorous traceability
Where to Find The Jammoussi family has harvested and pressed olive oil for more than three generations since the year 1970. From father to son, the production of extra virgin olive oil has been passed down and the methods perfected. The Jammoussi group contains three companies active in the olive oil sector. Terroliva is the unit responsible for the storage and bottling of olive oils and the sales of organic olive oil in bulk.
