Our early harvest olive oil is made during the beginning of October and November. It is a fresh seasonal product that can not be found at other times of the year. With Valdenvero we carry out an extreme technique, a new way of grinding that is not based on reason or numbers, but on the absolute passion for real olive juice. We prefer quality to quantity and for that that reason we exchange quantity in favor of quality. the oil is an exclusive product, unique and of an excellent quality.
