This Nocellara del Belice cultivar, which endured five months of drought this year, emphasizes its raw and wild character. The oil is thick with shades of green and gold reflections. It has a rich aroma of artichoke and tomato leaves, sweet almond, freshly cut grass, tomato and ripe fruit.
