Vipiano is made by Giancarlo Giannini family. It has a slightly pungent and fruity aroma with a bitter, strong taste. It is mostly made with Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino varieties grown in Arezzo, Tuscany.
The Giannini family has an ancient history of olive cultivation. They produced extra virgin olive oil for many generations in their olive groves located in the small village of Vitiano, south of Arezzo in Tuscany.
