Pago las Monjas is a family project forged in Finca las Monjas, whch is situated within the hills of Andalusia. Aware of the great cultural and architectural heritage they had - the aromas of EVOO were already imbuing the family mill in 1754 - the Prieto Reina family decided to place value in their rich history, reserving every corner of their farm for olive oil tourism and the promotion of oleic culture. The native Nevadillo Negro variety is used as a symbol of distinction.
