On Shodoshima Island, the most suitable place in Japan for growing olives, we are one of the few companies that have perfected the cyclical cultivation of olives by making compost and livestock feed from the oil residues after extraction. Olive oil is rarely used as the main ingredient in dishes, but we aim to produce high-quality olive oil that plays a supporting role to complete a meal.
