In the beautiful Salento region, close to the sea, Vincenzo De Marco planted our first olive trees in 1885. At that time, the women working on the land sang to the trees during the harvest. After four generations, we still produce our oils with joy and care. Today, the harvest has been mechanized but still starts early in the morning. This ensures the olives never touch the ground and are taken to the mill to become EVOO within five hours from collection.
The award fills me with immense pride and excitement. It’s a true validation of our hard work, dedication and commitment to producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

We would be lying if we said we didn’t run around the fields cheering when we heard of the two Gold Awards
