Azeite Irarema

The Irarema Farm is located in the Mantiqueira Ridge of southeastern Brazil in a region known for its volcanic soils. At an altitude of 1,580 meters, it has a privileged climate and diverse native flora and fauna, which have been the determining factor in the production of high-quality coffee beans since 1870. A few years ago, the region began planting olive trees, which have led to the production of high-quality virgin olive oil.
