Azeite Irarema

The Irarema Farm is located in the Mantiqueira Ridge of southeastern Brazil in a region known for its volcanic soils. At an altitude of 5,200 feet, it has a privileged climate as well as diverse native flora and fauna, which have been the determining factor in the production of high-quality coffee beans since 1870. A few years ago the region began planting olive trees, which has contributed to the production of a high quality virgin olive oil.
