The pioneer of the tradition of today's family business was Giuseppe Donato Parisi, who in the 1920s began producing olive oil, flour and wine. Later he focused on the production of extra virgin olive oil. Today the company manages about 173 acres of olive groves with different types of cultivars. This has allowed us to innovate, creating special monocultivar selections consisting of six varieties of oils: Dolce di Rossano, Nocellara, Coratina, Carolea, Tondina and Biancolilla.
