The farm Sciauro di Sicilia covers 30 acres of land in the hills of Castelvetrano, Valle del Belice, Trapani, a few miles from the sea. The 3,000 trees that make up the farm range in age from 10 to more than 100 years. It is here that our extra virgin olive oil is born, through traditional methods to preserve aromas and complex flavors.
