My name is Tommaso Fiore, and I manage my olive groves in Puglia, Italy. I founded my family-run company with the dream of producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The choice fell on the Coratina cultivar and sustainable production methodology. Today, both the olives and the olive oil have an organic certification. I follow the entire supply chain, from the field to the mill. I only produce 100-percent Coratina EVOO in two versions: Il Biologico and Riserva.
We have started to look at the U.S. market with some interest recently, so this award at the NYIOOC can be considered our debut, and we think that it couldn't get any better.
