Following the oil tradition of the province that goes back to Roman times, Castillo de Sabiote S.L. began its journey in the 2004/2005 campaign, constituting a new business project with the intention of standing out for the quality of the oil obtained in its mill and adapting the characteristics of the extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety to the demands of the consumer.
