Cooperativa Agrícola de Moura e Barrancos is the largest olive oil cooperative in Portugal, with more than 1,200 olive producers, that grow 49,400 acres of both traditional and modern olive orchards. Founded in 1954, Cooperativa de Moura e Barrancos represents around five percent of all the Portuguese olive oil production.
